If we call ahead of time to ensure they are there for the photo then the surprise is spoilt. So generally we try to deliver, if they are not there when we deliver but someone is there and says they will return shortly then the flowers are left there.
Otherwise we can call them prior to delivery to make sure they will be there and then we can almost always get a photo.
If you want us to do that when you order please state in the instructions for us to call her to make sure she is there before we deliver because you really want a photo
